Last Friday morning, Japan's FSA has for the second time issued a warning to Binance for operating within the country without proper authorization.
UK officially "banned" Binance on Sunday from any regulated activities in the country. The statement from the FCA also includes a demand (!) to making it clear on the website and social media channels that it indeed does not operate in the UK.
In Canada, Binance is officially exiting the province of Ontario and announced that all Ontario-based users must close out all active positions by December 31 of this year. And in Germany, the regulator just two months ago announced that Binance most likely violated the local security law.
One can wonder, what the largest crypto exchange next move may be to preserve its dominant position.
